THE HONESTY PROJECT

 

As I reference in my cover letter, while at Florida Atlantic University, I collaborated with undergraduate students in creating this devised work. I created the script, crafting the text out of anonymous responses to a questionnaire that I distributed amongst them, and then I directed the production. The performance was very successfully received, and remounted in a shorter version at a south Florida fringe festival later that same year.

 

This experience would prepare me very well to collaborate with OWU’s new Assistant Professor of Applied Theatre, as we assist students in creating new work that reflects and speaks to the community around us.
